The room was just fine. The mattress was worn down in the middle so you sleep badly! The staff wasn’t caring… Overall it was OK, would only recommend for a few nights!

I lived here for almost two years and really enjoyed my time at Student Factory. It’s well located right by the tram, above a large supermarket, and right by a large food court. Great common area for studying and the studios are well equipped and furnished. The management was really great and always available for questions or to resolve problems. It’s a great option for students! Highly recommend.

Hotel is Okey. Amazing view from the 7th floor from rooms with balcony. However, one time in the morning, some guest from other room came to mine by accident. She was able to open the door! That means that guests key card works for every room….

Great experience! The residence is located in an up and coming neighborhood next to the city center (15 minutes on foot), and conveniently situated above a supermarket. The tram station which is 200 meters away can take you to the historic old town, the port, the beach, or to university in a matter of minutes. The neighborhood is home to numerous small businesses, bars, and cafes, as well as a lively indoor and outdoor farmer's market that takes place almost every morning. The Gare du Sud next door houses a public library, a variety of restaurants, and sometimes live music. The residence itself has a private terrace, a co-working area, and a laundromat. Highly recommend!

Great residence Clean and tidy, the supermarket is in the same building. Managers are very friendly and helpful. Tram station is also not far away, neighbourhood is lively with Gare du Sude.

Fully automated check-in. Note that it will NOT work at all if you show up before the given time. No support, there is no one at the front desk, ever. The two support phone numbers are both not working. The rooms itself are quite nice. Great view and 2 tram stops away from the beach. Our room had damages in the shower and some dirt on the floor. There was a welcome note from the owner. 3/5, 5/5 if there were no damages and the support desk would be staffed.

Clean facilities and great location! It has good access to schools, tourist attractions and the sea. Various amenities nearby, marts and market restaurants, etc. are all convenient. It is good without any inconvenience with a friendly manager and administration.

Apartments are already rented, but the building is still under construction! Outrageous! Every morning at 7am everyone is woken up by the constructions! They last the whole day, so you can´t even study because the noise is so loud.
